WAM Abu Dhabi, 19th Aug. 2012 (WAM) -- His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received this morning at Al Mushrif Palace well-wishers on Eid al Fitr.

Sheikh Mohammed accepted warmest Eid greetings from H. H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Crown Prince of Umm al Qaiwain, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras al-Khaimah, Mohammed Ahmed Al Murr, Speaker of Federal National Council and Abdullah Al Masoud, Speaker of National Consultative Council.

Sheikh Mohammed also welcomed a number of Sheikhs, ministers, senior state officials, Army and Police commanders, top officials at security organs, accredited diplomats and representatives of international organisations, dignitaries and a crowd of citizens and residents, who flocked to the Palace to convey best Eid greetings.

The well-wishers extended heart-felt congratulations to Sheikh Mohammed on the glorious occasion, praying The Almighty to revisit the happy feast on the UAE with further progress and well-being under the sagacious leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

They also supplicated to Allah to protect Sheikh Khalifa and guide his footsteps to serve interest of the country and its loyal people.

A number of Sheikhs, ministers, senior officials were present during the audience.
