WAM ABU DHABI: H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs has honored the Ministry's Assisting Services Sector teams as winner of the Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Football Cup Championship.

The team won 1-0 in the final with the team of the Office of the Deputy Minister of Presidential Affairs.

Sheikh Mansour also honored international arbitrators Mohammed Abdul Kareem, Abdullah Naji, and the team's member Majid Al-Khalasi, the team's goalkeeper Ahmed Mubarak who were named who was named the best player and goalkeeper of the championship respectively. Abdul Aziz Al-Enezi was also honored as best scorer.

Captain of the winning team Sultan Al Hamiri was presented with the trophy of the championship by H.H Sheikh Mansour.

Eight teams engaged in competitions between 18 July-7 August in the indoor stadium at the Al Rawdha Dome facing the Zayed Sports City.

The eight participating teams were: the Office of the Deputy Minister of Presidential Affairs, the Office of the Secretary General of the Ministry, Assisting Services Sector, Corporation Development Department, National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS), National Centre of Documents and Research, the Zayed Mosque and Abu Dhabi Judicial Department.
