RAKBANK expands its Network of Branches

WAM Ras Al- Khaimah, Aug 6th, 2012 (WAM) -- RAKBANK, has announced the opening of its seventh branch in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain district, marking the expansion of its UAE-wide branch network to 32.

Strategically located on Abu Dhabi Airport Road and close to large residential communities and a number of government entities, the new branch offers a full array of business and personal banking services and products to customers in this fast-growing area of Abu Dhabi.

Commenting on the opening of the new branch, Graham Honeybill, Chief Executive Officer, RAKBANK, said: "Being at the heart of Abu Dhabi is in line with our strategy to bolster our presence in key locations across the UAE and enables us to further extend our reach to capital based customers." Emad Hittini, Head of Branches South, RAKBANK said: "Excellence in customer service has resulted in our strong reputation in Abu Dhabi, and today we are proud to have a total of seven branches and 49 ATMs in the capital." By the end of 2012, RAKBANK plans to have a total of 60 ATMs in Abu Dhabi and currently serves its customers through a wide network of 32 branches and 171 ATMs that are conveniently located across the UAE's key residential and business communities. Customers can also avail of the various electronic channels the bank has created to provide faster and more convenient banking experience including Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Phone Banking.
