WAM Dubai, July 18th, 2012 (WAM) -- The Zayed Housing Program's Board of directors has approved names of 423 beneficiaries of housing loans and grants in all the emirates.

Forty per cent of the number of beneficiaries with monthly salary above Dhs10,000 and 60 per cent earning below this amount will make up the total housing assistance.

Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Public Works and Chairman of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme (SZHP) has ordered the announcement of the names of beneficiaries of housing aid monthly in line with the specified lists for all the emirates to ease pressure on the partners of the programme, according to SZHP.

The programme will send SMS messages to the beneficiaries to inform them about the issuance of final approval.
