WAM Paris, July 9th, 2012 (WAM) -- H. H. Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council member and ruler of Sharjah and President of University of Sharjah (UOS) has expressed his happiness with the development and scientific achievements of the university among its competitors.

While chairing the 33rd meeting of the board of trustees of Sharjah University in Paris, he hailed the efforts of the administration and staff members which resulted in the excellent results and contributed effectively in the progress of the University.

He also lauded the development of the University's programs of study and research.

For their parts, members of board of trustees expressed their pride over the significant progress of the university thanks to the directives and leadership of H. H. Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council member and ruler of Sharjah and President of the university and his permanent keenness in making UOS a leading academic institution regional and globally.
