SHARJAH: Sharjah Charity Association said its bakery in Mogadishu caters for the needs of 5000 families daily at refugee camps in the capital city.

The effort is a continuation of with the "Help Them" campaign which was announced by H. H. Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council member and ruler of Sharjah to assist famine and drought victims in the Horn of Africa, according to the acting secretary general of the Association Mohammed Hamdan Al-Zarri.

The official added that a total of 150000 families monthly benefit from the agency's humanitarian project in Somalia.
