Vote on UAE's logo extended to 15 September

WAM DUBAI: The duration for vote by the public to select one of five logos that best "reflects the UAE's global economic and political status and its diverse and attractive cultural and business environment has been extended to 15 September.
The move aims to give a chance to as many voters as possible to engage in the process and provide their feedback and suggestions to eventually select the nation's brand.
Residents can go to the official website (www.uaepm.ae) of Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and select from five varied designs celebrating, diversity, dynamism, leadership and heritage among others.
The winning design will become the nation's brand as it will be used to promote the UAE, its simplicity and evolution and the unique aspects that distinguish it from other countries.
Earlier, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum invited the public to select one of five logos that best "reflects the UAE's global economic and political status and its diverse and attractive cultural and business environment.
