WAM JAKARTA: The Emirates Philatelic Association's members have won medals for their entries at Indonesia 2102 World Stamp Championship, held in Jakarta, Indonesia from 18-24 June 2011.

Abdullah Khoury won Large Vermeil medal for his collection "Abu Dhabi Trucial States to the UAE". Ahmad Bin Eisa Al Serkal won Large Vermeil medal for his collection "A Postal History Study of Airmail from Iraq 1919-1948" and Vermeil medal for "Abu Dhabi Stamps", while Mohammad Aktar Sayeed won two Large Vermeil medals for his collections "Hyderabad 1869-1950" and " "The Evolution and Application of the Universal Postal Studio Union", Ferose Sayeed also won Large Vermeil for her collection "India Postal History 1750 - 1900". Omar Mohd Ahmed, Mohammed Javaid and Jamal Al Barazi won Vermeil medals for their collections. EPA young member Naseer Bin Ahmad Bin Al Serkal won Large Silver medal for his collection "Sharjah Postal History" and Bronze medal for his literature exhibit.
