Abu Dhabi, 6 June 2012 (WAM) - Abu Dhabi Executive Council's Executive Committee held a meeting here today under the chairmanship of Sheikh Sultan bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority.

The committee reviewed a project to measure customers satisfaction, aimed at identifying needs and expectations of the Abu Dhabi Government's stakeholders.

the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (GSEC), through its Centre of Excellence, completed analysis of the results of surveys conducted recently and covered 18,400 customers, dealing with 35 government entities. The surveys also measured opinions of 44,800 employees from 50 entities.

The Executive Committee urged focusing on the project's third phase which entails the "secret shopper" initiative.
