WAM Abu Dhabi, 31st May 2012 (WAM) -- Rear Admiral Ibrahim al Musharrakh, Commander of UAE Naval Forces, received today Commodore Tareq Al Manaie, commanding officer of Qatari armed forces to the UAE-Qatari joint military exercise ''Peace Shield 1/2012''.

Admiral al Musharrakh said during the meeting, which was attended by a group of navy officers, that these joint drills upgrade the level of joint cooperation and facilitate exchange of expertise between GCC member states.
