WAM Abu Dhabi, May 30th, 2012 (WAM) -- Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister and in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the UAE, the " Orchestra of Baku Music Academy " held last night a musical evening of Azeri music at Paris-Sorbonne University - Abu Dhabi, marking 20 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The ceremony was attended on behalf of the Foreign Minister, by Dr. Tariq Ahmed Al Hidan, Foreign Ministry Assistant Under Secretary for Political Affairs, Elkhan Gahramanov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the state, a number of ambassadors accredited to the State and officials.

In a statement to Emirates news agency "WAM" at the end of the concert, Al Hidan expressed his admiration on the musical evening which was held on the occasion of marking two decades of diplomatic relations between the two countries. He pointed out that evening confirmed the depth of relationships between the two countries.
