WAM Dubai, May 30th, 2012 (WAM) -- The Ministry of Finance (MoF), in cooperation with National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD), are organising a workshop on methods of using the second generation of the e-Dirham system and of its various properties to inform the local community of the latest financial software and systems adopted in the UAE.

The workshop will take place on June 3, in the Ministry of Labour's theatre, Dubai.

It is targeting all entities and individuals who regularly deal with UAE ministries. It will highlight a range of main themes relating to the e-Dirham system, which will explain the objectives and the importance of the transition to the second generation.

In addition, it will explain thoroughly the proper ways to use the system and how to benefit from it. The workshop will also show the other benefits and additional services provided by the e-Dirham system cards - the second generation, as well as present the names of entities who adopted the system and others who are still in the process of implementing it.
