WAM Abu Dhabi, May 24th, 2012 (WAM) -- Dr. Maytha Salem Al Shamsi, Minister of State, Chairwoman of the Marriage Fund, has approved names of beneficiaries of the third batch of the marriage fund grant during 2012.

A total of 408 recipients will benefit from the grant with a total amount of AED 14.46 million.

She added that the marriage fund grant reflects the close relationship and cohesion between country's leadership led by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the citizens.

Since the first quarter of the year and to date, three batches have benefitted with a total amount of AED 43.98 million.
