WAM Islamabad, 22nd May 2012 (WAM) -- Essa Abdulla Al Basha Al Nuaimi, UAE Ambassador to Pakistan, discussed with Tariq Puri, Chief Executive, Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), avenues of joint cooperation and results of the annual investment forum which Dubai hosted in May 2012.

The ambassador briefed Puri about the UAE bid to host the World Exposition 2020 in Dubai.

The Pakistani official expressed Pakistan's keen interest to further promoting bilateral trade between the two countries. He said he was upbeat about the future of bilateral ties.

The UAE ambassador said Pakistan can promote its commodities through the UAE which acts as a gateway to world economies.
