WAM Abu Dhabi, May 20th, 2012 (WAM) -- The Al Ain National Museum and the Al Ain Palace Museum, both run by the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority, celebrated the International Museums Day on Friday.

This year, the occasion is being observed under the theme "Museums in a Changing World New Challenges, New Inspirations".

A number of schools in the Al Ain City participated in the line-up of events showcasing the heritage of the UAE.
