WAM Dubai, May 17th, 2012 (WAM) -- As part of its efforts to keep Dubai roads clean and neat, Dubai municipality is planning to launch a new campaign from 20th of this month.

Eng. Hussain Nasser Lootah, Director General of the civic body will inaugurate the campaign at the head quarters in Diera, according to Waste Management Department of DM.

Lectures, workshops ,film screening, awareness drives for road users and visitors ,competitions and other activities will be organized as part of the new initiative.

Campaign activities will be held at Jumeira ,Diyafa ,Ethihad, Al Nahda, and Al Wasl Roads. Special awareness programs will be conducted in collaboration with Dubai Taxi and Galadari Driving Institute.

Al Jazeera University, Salma Al Ansariya School, Asma Bint Abubakr School, Creative Model school and many other education institutions will join civic body for the campaign at its various events.
