Hamdan Bin Mohammed opens headquarters of Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services

WAM Dubai on April 16 / WAM / Crown Prince of Dubai HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum inaugurated on Wednesday, the headquarters of the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services.
The new facility of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) was built at a total cost of AED 45 million.
A large gathering of invitees was present as Sheikh Hamdan unveiled of the memorial plaque on the edifice, located in Al-Warsan 3 in Dubai city.
After the official opening, Sheikh Hamdan went around the facility covering a total area of over 270,000sq feet.
While visiting various sections, Sheikh Hamdan was briefed on the latest medical equipments and ambulance services provided by the corporation.
The new facility also houses training rooms and lecture halls to give training in ambulance services.
He was also briefed on the latest device to activate the lung and the heart in cases of emergency ambulance, which is the first of its kind in the region.
