WAM Dubai, 15th May 2012 (WAM) -- Dubai Traffic Prosecution has achieved a record rate of customer satisfaction at 90% in 2011.

Salim Mohammed Ibrahim, Senior Head, Dubai Traffic Prosecution, said the Prosecution served 17,694 clients in 2011 compared to 20,700 clients in 2010.

He added that another breakthrough was made in the waiting time of transaction processing which reached four minutes while the target time was 12 minutes.

He indicated that 6,585 customers were received in the first quarter of 2012.
