WAM Dubai, 14th May 2012 (WAM) -- Dubai-based Arabtec Holding has denied a press report saying that Aabar Investments had taken a majority stake of 53%.

In a statement, Arabtec said that the said information were ''incorrect'' .

'' Aabar's companies investments in Arabtec Holding PJSC through its investments funds totals is 20.76% according to the share register settlement 10/05/2012,'' the statement added.
