WAM Dubai, 13th May 2012 (WANM) -- Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum today congratulated H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, on the winning of Manchester City of the English Premier League Title.

Sheikh Mohammed wished the Manchester City Football Club would score more victories.
