WAM Sharjah, April 26th 2012 (WAM)-- The Department of Geology and Mineral Resources of the Ministry of Energy held a technical meeting at Oil Council's headquarter in the emirate of Sharjah in the presence of Waleed bin Demas, Secretary General of the Sharjah Oil Council.

During the meeting presentations were given on Magnetic Phenomena in UAE Mountains as per directives of Mohammed bin Dhaen Al Hamili, Minister of Energy.

A number of officials and technical staff as well as Ajman government representative, Fujairah Natural Resources Corporation(FNRC), Emirates National Oil Company Limited (ENOC), RAK Gas and Al Hilal Oil Company participated.
