WAM Abu Dhabi, April 18th 2012 (WAM) -- National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) has urged motorists to be cautious due to poor visibility caused by dust and sand in the open areas in particular the Western Region.

NCMS warned drivers to be careful while driving and follow traffic rules on highways.
