WAM Umm al-Quain 17 April 2012 (WAM)-- H. H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council member and ruler of Umm al-Qaiwain commended student Rashid Mubarak Mohammed Al Ghafli from Majid Al Awal first basic education in UAQ, for obtaining the Arab Bureau of Education Award for his academic excellence performance.

Sheikh Saud hailed the UAE leadership under President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for their continuous support to the education.

The UAQ Ruler also praised the efforts and hard work of the Ministry of Education for its continuous development and improvement of the educational system nationwide.

He was briefed about the participations and award obtained by Al Ghafli in various contests, calling on him to work harder and sustain the excellence and innovation.

Sheikh Saud received a memento gift from the student in appreciation for the Ruler's support to the educational process.
