WAM Abu Dhabi, Apr 17th, 2012 (WAM)--President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received condolence cable from His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar on the death of Sheikha Maitha bint Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan.

He also received similar cables from H. H. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Deputy Emir, Crown Prince of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabr Al Thani, Qatari Prime Minister, Qatari Foreign Minister, on the demise of Sheikha Maitha bint Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan.

The UAE President also received the condolence cables from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of Bahrain, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the death of Sheikha Maitha bint Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan.

He expressed his deep sorrow and solace on the death of Sheikha Maitha.

Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces also received similar cables from the Crown Prince of Bahrain.
