Federal Supreme Court issues sentence against Five Emirati for insulting leadershipNov 27, 2011 - 02:16 - WAM Abu Dhabi, Nov 27th, 2011 (WAM) -- The Federal Supreme Court presided over by Judge Ahmad Abdul Hamid has awarded a sentence of three years imprisonment to Ahmed Mansour Ali Abdullah Al Abd Al Shehi (UAE national).
It has also given a sentence of two years imprisonment on each to Nasser Ahmed Khalfan bin Gaith, Fahad Salim Mohammed Salim Dalk, Hassan Ali Al Khamis, all Emiratis, and Ahmed Abdul Khaleq, (who does not carry identification papers) after proven guilty of charges of insulting the President, the Vice President and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and abettal , breaking laws and refraining from the Federal National Council elections and inciting demonstrations and perpetrating acts that pose threat to state security.
