The cables were sent by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, HH Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al Jaber Al-Sabah Emir of Kuwait, President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak of Egypt, President Zine El Abidine of Tunisia, President Omar Ahmed Al-Bashir of Sudan, President Gurbanguly Berdi Muhamadow of Turkmenistan, President Mohammad Zillur Rahman of Bangladesh, President Blaise Compaore of Burkina Faso, Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Chairman Zeljko Komsic, HH Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Crown Prince of Kuwait, and HH Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Prime Minister of Kuwait.
