|  | UAE Hajj mission has enough medical suppliesNov 23, 2009 - 08:43 - WAM Makkah, 23rd Nov. 2009 (WAM) -- The UAE leadership gives the health being of UAE pilgrims a top priority, according to Head of the UAE Official Hajj Mission Mohammed Obeid Al Mazrouie.
''This care is clearly evident by allocating the first batch of the H1N1 vaccines to the pilgrims before their departure to the holy lands,'' he said during a meeting today with doctors embedded with the Mission and Hajj campaigns.
He urged the medical professionals to maximise their efforts to ensure high levels of health safety to pilgrims.
''The Mission is dedicating all its resources towards this end. We have ample stockpile of medical supplies that exceed the need of UAE pilgrims,''he affirmed.
