|  | President, VP receives two notes from President of Latvia, PMNov 11, 2009 - 05:48 - WAM Abu Dhabi, Nov 11th, 2009 (WAM)--President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, received a message from President of Latvia Valdis Zatlers, on relations between the two countries and issues of common interest.
The message was received by Foreign Minister HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, when he received here today at Emirates Palace HE Latvian Foreign Minister Maris Riekstins, who is currently visiting the country.
Sheikh Abdullah also received a note from Latvian Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis to Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The UAE Foreign minister welcomed the delegation, hoping the visit would further boost the relations between the two sides.
