|  | Khalifa Charity Foundation continues relief efforts in SumatraOct 25, 2009 - 11:28 - WAM Sumatra, 25th Oct 2009 (WAM) -- In implementation of the directives of UAE President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Khalifa Bin Zayed Charity Foundation continues to providing aid and relief assistance to earthquake and hurricane affected people in Indonesia.
The Foundation's delegation visited a number of affected towns and villages in Sumatra providing food aid and humanitarian assistance to the people.
On his part, H.E Yousif Rashid Al Sharhan, UAE Ambassador to Indonesia, valued the distinctive humanitarian efforts provided by Khalifa Charity Foundation in Sumatra, stressing UAE's dedication to provide all support and assistance to Indonesia to alleviate the suffering of the needy and the affected people and improve their living conditions.
