|  | UAE envoy present credentials to Mauritanian PresidentOct 4, 2009 - 08:37 - Nouakchott, 4 Oct. 2009 (WAM) President Muhammad Ould Abdelaziz of Mauritania received today Abdullah Mohammed Al Takawi, UAE Ambassador, who submitted his credentials to the Mauritanian leader.
Al Takawi conveyed to President Ould Abdelaziz greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and General H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
The Mauritanian President asked the UAE Ambassador to pass on his greetings to Sheikh Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, and his wishes for further progress for the brotherly ties between the two countries.
The credentials ceremony was attended by the Mauritanian Minister of Foreign Affair and Cooperation, the Chamberlain of Mauritania's Presidential Court, and Director of Arab World Affairs at the Mauritanian Foreign Ministry.
