|  | UAE Ambassador to UK presents accreditation letter to the QueenJun 4, 2009 - 02:05 - WAM London, Jun. 4, 2009 (WAM) -- UAE Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Abdul Rahman Ghanim Al-Mutaiwee, Wednesday presented here to Queen Elizabeth II his accreditation letter as UAE Ambassador Plenipotentiary to the United Kingdom. During his meeting with the Queen, Al-Mutaiwee conveyed to her greetings from President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum and their wishes of good health for her and members of the Royal family and the more prosperity and progress for Britain and the British people. Al-Mutaiwee expressed pride in having the honour to represent his country in Britain. He also expressed the hope to do his best to further boost the existing relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries. Present at the meeting were Counsellor at the UAE Embassy in London, Saif Abdullah Al-Shamsi, First Secretary, Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, First Secretary and Military Attache, Ahmed Al-Minhali. Al-Mutaiwee, who had earlier worked in the banking sector and public institutions in the UAE, was director general of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 23 years.
