|  | Sharjah Ruler attends Arabian horse show Nov 1, 2008 - 09:43 - WAM Sharjah, Nov. 1, 2008 (WAM) -- Supreme Council member and Ruler of Sharjah, H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al-Qasimi, today graced the final day of the 2nd Sharjah Arabian Horse Festival (Egyptian Pedigree). Sharjah Deputy Ruler, Sheikh Abdullah bin Salim Al-Qasimi also attended the show.
The first three rounds of the show was held on Friday in the auditorium of the Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club during which three-year-old horses compete for the ultimate prize in the first two rounds, while those of 4 years and above took their turn during the third round.
The final day of the festival, which also features three rounds of horse parade, during which horses of various age would be showcased, was also attended by a number of sheikhs, senior officials, distinguished guests and horse loving fans.
